CARLI Dominator 3.0 Lift Kit — RAM 2500 Diesel 2014-2025 | 3.25" Lift

The CARLI Dominator 3.0 is the most capable suspension system CARLI builds for the RAM Heavy Duty platform. It delivers 3.25 inches of lift on a 2014–2025 RAM 2500 4x4 diesel, built around King 3.0-inch remote-reservoir shocks valved to CARLI's own specification, with full geometry correction included rather than sold separately.

This is not a spacer kit or a coil swap. It is a complete re-engineering of the front end — and it is the system we fit when a customer tells us they want the best available, full stop.

Why 3.0-inch shocks matter in Australia

Australian corrugated roads destroy suspension in a way sealed-road markets never see. The failure mode is heat — shock oil aerates, damping fades, and the truck starts skating. A 3.0-inch body carries substantially more oil than a 2.0-inch, and the remote reservoirs move that oil away from the shock body entirely.

Practically: on a 400km run of corrugated gravel, a Dominator-equipped truck feels the same at the end as it did at the start.

Is the Dominator right for you?

Choose the Dominator if you:

• Cover serious distance on unsealed roads — Cape York, the Tanami, Gibb River
• Run loaded, whether that's a slide-on, a tray build or a heavy tow setup
• Have already worn out a lesser shock package and want to stop replacing them
• Want the best available and aren't shopping on price

Look at a lower tier if you:

• Mostly drive sealed roads with occasional gravel
• Want a bolt-in install — the Dominator includes weld-in mounts and needs a workshop
• Are chasing height rather than performance

Questions about this kit

What is the difference between the Dominator 3.0 and the Pintop 2.5?

Shock size and mounting. The Dominator uses 3.0-inch King shocks with fabricated weld-in mounts front and rear; the Pintop uses 2.5-inch King shocks in a pin-top configuration within the factory towers. The Dominator has more oil capacity, more travel, and better heat management.

Can I fit the Dominator 3.0 myself?

The kit includes weld-in components — front lower shock mounts, rear upper shock mounts and the coil retainer. Unless you have fabrication and welding capability, this is a workshop fit. We fit these in our Sydney facility.

How much lift does it give a RAM 2500?

3.25 inches at the front and 1 inch at the rear, which levels the truck under load rather than leaving it nose-high.
